Six sigma capital is seeking highly motivated Interns. Six sigma capital provides an excellent opportunity to work with ptivate middle market clients across selected sectors focusing on M&A advisory, and capital raising.

The prospective candidate will provide execution support on complex transactions and prepare presentation materials to communicate key messages to clients and counterparties. Specific duties will include assisting in the preparation of financial models, valuation analysis, marketing documentation, and research.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental research on relevant companies in support of Investment Banking marketing processes

• Analyze company value using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparable, and precedent transactions

• Assist in preparing marketing documents, such as pitch books, teasers, information memorandums, and other presentation materials.

• Prepare for the meetings, such as writing agendas and descriptions of attendees

• Attend meetings with clients and counterparties and prepare concise, insightful notes on the meeting

Requirements

• Pro-active and flexible attitude, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability

• Excellent analytical skills, with a fundamental understanding of financial statements and valuation principles and techniques

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work product

• Desire to learn and express opinions candidly

• Good commercial sense and interest, and inherent curiosity in businesses

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
